The install via CPAN assumes rt3. It fails for rt4: perl -MCPAN -e 'install RT::Extension::MandatorySubject' ... Cannot find the location of RT.pm that defines $RT::LocalPath in: inc /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl . /opt/rt3/lib /opt/lib/rt3 /opt/lib /usr/local/rt3/lib /usr/local/lib/rt3 /usr/local/lib /home/rt3/lib /home/lib/rt3 /home/lib /usr/rt3/lib /usr/lib/rt3 /usr/lib /sw/rt3/lib /sw/lib/rt3 /sw/lib Path to your RT.pm: And entering the path to RT.pm on my system just loops back to that error. root@svr-rt:/opt/rt4/etc# perl -v This is perl, v5.10.1 (*) built for x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi (with 53 registered patches, see perl -V for more detail) root@svr-rt:/opt/rt4/etc# uname -a Linux svr-rt 2.6.32-5-amd64 #1 SMP Tue Jun 14 09:42:28 UTC 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux Debian Squeeze

are you sure that you entered the right path?? (I installed it this week on a 4.0.2 RT without problem). In your case, the path should be: /opt/rt4/lib -- Emmanuel LACOUR - elacour@home-dn.net
