Subject: please spin out UpdateGitHub or CopyReadmeFromBuild into separate dists
UpdateGitHub requires Config::Identity, which has issues installing on Win32, but i'm forced to deal with it if i want to get CopyReadmeFromBuild onto my system. So it would be nice if you could split the two apart somehow, so i can install one without the other.

That is a bummer. I've spun it out into Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CopyReadmeFromBuild (https://github.com/robertkrimen/Dist-Zilla-Plugin-CopyReadmeFromBuild) Thanks for the notice.
