Subject: Test::Exception not required in Build.PL
t/bug_0002.t requires Test::Exception to run. However Build.PL was not updated when the dependency was added to Makefile.PL. Could it please be added to Build.PL? Alternativley I would suggest removal of Build.PL/Makefile.PL to simplify normalization down the road. Thanks, Todd
