Subject: no test_requires for DBD::SQLite
While the tests for this module make extensive use of DBD::SQLite, there is no test_requires entry in the Makefile.PL file. None of the modules mentioned in the list actually require that module. They may require it for test or build but not install. Could you please add that to the module? Thanks, Todd
