Just an FYI, I noticed that for Net-FTPSSL-Robust that it doesn't support
restart() like it does for Net-FTP-Robust.
[sub _can_restart($$$) { 0 }]
As of version 0.18, Net-FTPSSL does support restarts for put/get so you can
fix your class to support it now.
