Subject: Is there a website which is less technical?
In reading the documentation, I am having a hard time wading through the technical issues to get to actually using this module. The first thing I want to know is how to get my script to log into Twitter. The information I want to use in my script is who is following me; who I am following; what lists I have made with who is following my lists and who my lists are following; what lists I am on with who else is on those lists and who is following those lists. Is there somewhere I can go to see how do to all of that which is easy to read? Thanks!

There is no need to log into Twitter. Each call is authenticated with OAuth. Register your application with Twitter at https://dev.twitter.com/apps, then copy/paste the consumer key and secret, and the access token and secret into your script. Here's a very simple script you can use as an example: https://gist.github.com/565521 -Marc
