in version
under is_strict documentation there is a type "youself" should be
"yourself", found with Test::PodSpelling (when copying these sections
into Test::Version)
There seems to be a contradiction.
under Dotted Decimal Versions
The leading "v" is now strongly recommended for clarity, and will
throw a warning in a future release if omitted.
but in version::internals
A leading 'v' character is now required and will warn if it missing.
Also it'd be nice if there was license metadata specified so
search.cpan.org didn't say unknown. And in fact any license
information at all.. I assume it's under Perl5
