Subject: Test::More version needs to be 0.94, not 0.90
According to Test-Simple's Changes file, subtest support was added in Test::More 0.89_01 but not included in 0.90 and wasn't added in a stable release until 0.94. Hence the test suite fails with Test::More 0.90 and 0.92.

In fact it needs to be 0.96 since the subtests in the test suite don't explicitly declare done_testing() (or have a plan), and support for that was only added in 0.95_01 => the test suite fails with 0.94 too.
