It sends request to the URL http://www.google.com/adplanner/planning/site_details_data? identifier=cpan.org&&trait_type=1&geo=US, but it only got one 503 message, the service is not unavaiable now.

It seems that this URL isn't supported by Google anymore. Requests for site data now go through: https://www.google.com/adplanner/rpc/SiteDetailsService/getPlacementProfile Also, the request parameters and the response format have changed considerably. I could also imagine that access to the site data now requires authentication. It think it's best to remove the module from CPAN.
