Subject: Tests fail unless recommended module Graph-Easy is installed
Text-TEI-Collate lists Graph::Easy as a recommended module, yet fails to pass tests if that module is not installed. http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/d9142370-b131-11e0-a181- af9c6976ff36 I would propose to make the module mandatory (if needed), or skip the test if the module is not installed.

I'd tried and failed to fix this in 1.2; it should now be properly fixed in 2.0.
