Subject: cpancover won't run without Parallel::Iterator
cpancover won't run without Parallel::Iterator, which is only recommended. Should it exit with a nice message? Should this be documented somewhere?

Thanks very much for this report. As cpancover is not likely to be commonly executed I do not want to make a requirement on Parallel::Iterator for the whole of Devel::Cover so instead I have documented the requirement. The documentation for cpancover is, as a whole, sorely lacking. I have made the change as f14333e. Thanks again,
