Subject: Add additional options to start server
Would be nice to have a few more options in the start server tab (I currently hacked Catalyst.pm and added them in). Fork (nice for developing apps that allow uploads), option is -f DBIC_TRACE env option (helpful for developing apps with DB's), DBIC_TRACE=1 is the ENV. Thanks for a great plugin!
