Hey Josh,
In the second SKIP block in t/02-api.t (Cache-BDB-0.04) there is a test miscount.
http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/JDR/Cache-BDB-0.04/t/02-api.t
The test should skip 3 in that case, not 2; as it is, "make test" fails on the test count if that block is skipped.
