Dear,
I am using Perl 5.10, 5.12.4 on Windows XP, Vista on administrator session.
First of all, I just want to say thank you for your job about release
CPAN module. The color is beautiful and it is well now about the
automatic dmake and MinGW installation, very good for Windows system.
Now, I have now every time I am using CPAN to install a module, I have
this error message in red :

Stashing away as 'C:\Perl\cpan\FTPstats.yml.1310083048' to prevent
further interruptions. You may want to remove that file later.
Could not rename: Permission denied Lockfile removed.
====
I have to restart several times my installation command (example :
Show quoted text
cpan>install Module) or delete the C:\Perl\cpan\FTPstats.yml and restart
installation command.
What is the problem ? How to resolv this bug ?
