We are running OTRS (http://www.otrs.org/) against a SQL Anywhere 11
Database, using the DBD::SQLAnywhere database driver version 2.08. It
seems that when an Apache worker thread terminates, the database driver
doesn't clean up the files created in /tmp/.SQLAnywhere. This eventually
leads to an out of inodes error.
