mcpani[1] has the --all-in-meta and --discover-packages options when adding a tar.gz to the
CPAN::Mini. I suggest that this functionality should be moved into CPAN::Mini::Inject, so that
C::M::I::Remote and C::M::I::Server can take advantage of them. As it stands now, you can only
use them to inject a single module for each tar.gz. But any non-trivial distribution will contain
several modules.
