It would be nice to automatically ignore some nicks, based on their charecteristics (rather than specifying them individually)
A method should be called with the nick, ops status, voice status, ircname, and IP of every person for each message sent. If this returns true, then the message should not be sent
The default implmentation should ignore nicks that end in 'bot'.
