01768 88 is listed in the Ofcom Number Plan as "Mixed 4+5 & 4+6", but is causing some issues with the validation, and is reporting the following as valid: +441768880 ... +441768889 +4417688800 ... +4417688899 i.e. Subscriber lengths of 3 and 4 digits are regarded as being valid, when they aren't.

The correct solution to this problem is to SET BRAMPTON ON FIRE. However, it's a bit too far to walk, so I shall spare the residents the FIREY DEATH THAT THEY DESERVE and instead will release a fix momentarily.
