Grepping through all files reveals there is no dependency declaration
for Authen::Simple::PAM although it is being used:

This is unchanged in 0.03 but 0.03 additionally has a broken tarball
that comes with a blib/ directory which is reserved for the enduser and
should never be part of a tarball.
