cpan Params::Validate fails on centos 5.5 x86_64 with tests failing on: You tried to run a test without a plan! Gotta have a plan. at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/Test/More.pm line 329 # Looks like your test died before it could output anything. see attached for full output. This module requires Test::More 0.88. This is listed as a test prereq in the Build.PL and META.json files.
