Subject: | Conflicting licensing and copyright statements |
Hi,
while upgrading the UNIVERSAL::isa package for Debian a couple of
copyright/licensing issues arised.
The dist.ini and the LICENSE file of the distribution state that the
module is "same as perl" / 2011, but lib/UNIVERSAL/isa.pm and README
state it is Artistic Licence 2.0 / 2005-2011. Could you please fix this?
Replacing the value of the 'license' field with Artistic_2_0 in the
dist.ini file should work.
While we are at it, could you please also clarify the copyright holder
under "COPYRIGHT & LICENSE" in lib/UNIVERSAL/isa.pm (e.g. "Artistic
Licence 2.0, (c) chromatic 2005 - 2011" instead of just "Artistic
Licence 2.0, (c) 2005 - 2011")?
Thanks
