Subject: IPC::Run locking up MSWin32
Reported by Adam Kennedy: Hi Todd On the Padre support channel and mailing list we see a slow but continuous flow of install failure reports due to IPC::Run, and specifically the parallel.t test case, which hangs indefinitely and can leave the operating system in a somewhat damaged state. Since (I imagine) most use cases for IPC::Run don't involve parallel stuff (we just need it for Capture::Tiny) would it be possible to skip that test as dangerous on Win32? Best Regards Adam K

A test for RT 57277 without a fix was added to source. I've TODO'ed it and will be releasing 0.90_02 shortly.

Tests show clean in 0.90_02. I'll have a prod release out as soon as 0.90_03 comes back clean from CPAN smoke tests.
