seriously? the french word for email as the namespace? the reason us perl folks
love cpan is because it tries not be a cacophony of meanings module names, like
the ruby gems are. useful modules have meaningful names, so it's common
practice to include an existing top-level namespace when appropriate. so yours
should go under Mail or Email. and since nobody's going to bother to google the
meaning of Courriel, the duplicate meaning will probably go unnoticed.
