0/ can 'perlbrew alias' accept argument in the same order as alias(1)?
1/ 'perlbrew alias' without arguments should list the current aliases
2/ 'perlbrew alias' should also list the installed versions instead for:
ABORT: the installation 'xxx' does not exist
3/ automatically generated aliases for installed versions so one could type
perlbrew 5115 instead for perlbrew perl_5115
without having to creat the alias
4/ accept the minimum amount of input to switch to another version. if
multiple versions match, list the possible versions. E.G:
perlbrew use 512
