Subject: OFFSET is wrong when first range is a skip range
nadim@naquadim Range (master)$ ./Build ; perl -Mblib scripts/hdr -r 'skip, X15,: zzz,50: show_header,@,white: data,20,,comment' -o hor -col -rul Build.PL the first offset is 0000000f zhen it should be 0000000 Also, a spurious '15' is dumped?!
