Subject: XML::RAI does not list Date::Parse as dependency
The dependencies of XML::RAI in its Makefile.PL need to list Date::Parse.

Thanks. I'll add that to my list of fixes to make soon. I have been mulling using of TimePiece so POSIX and Date::Parse are no longer necessary. Not sure yet though.
