There are some "cleanup" issues. I had too many occasions where some
files where listed to _build/cleanup, and stayed forever.
Once they are listed there they will be deleted by "Build clean".
Today my MANIFEST.SKIP has been added to this file.
I'm not able to reproduce.
On an other occasion, "Build clean" deleted my home directory because I
called ->add_to_cleanup('*~').
As a first step to minimize those failures, I propose that
_build/cleanup be reseted when "perl Build.PL" (configure) is called.
