http://search.cpan.org/~drolsky/Params-Validate-0.95/ have a Attribute::Params::Validate 1.07 but http://search.cpan.org/~drolsky/Params-Validate-0.97/ contains Attribute::Params::Validate 0.97. So newer dist have a A::P::V, that have lower version number. It make confusion a cpan-outdated and other CPAN related tools.
