During a normal operation, a line from CPAN appears mixed in with the
expected output:

If CPAN is going to load Module::CoreList and notify me that it loaded
ok, then it should do so either at startup with the other modules &
reports, or either before or after some operation. Sticking it in the
middle randomly isn't OK.
