Subject: Logging in not redirecting to desired page.

User clicks a link to a specific ticket.User then logs in with there ldap credentials - Rather than getting taken to the ticket they are taken to the home page. When the user uses there local login details it redirects corectly to the ticket. This is happening in 0.08_01. It would be great if it redirected to the ticket. Regards, Matt

I believe this was caught by another dev and there is a fix in subversion, however we're not happy enough with the way the fix was implemented to push out 0.08_02 yet -kevin
Please give 0.08_02 a shot, it contains a fix for this and is currently being uploaded to CPAN
When upgrading, please note the important warning in README

Upgraded my RT plugin to 0.08_2. The issue with logging in not redirecting to the desired page still exists? Im using RT 4.0.0rc7 if that is any help. Thanks! Show quoted text

Ah, you failed to note your RT version in the original report. We know this works with 3.8.10, 4.0.0 has not been as heavily tested. You should also *really* be running rc8 http://lists.bestpractical.com/pipermail/rt-devel/2011-April/011439.html -kevin

Using ExternalAuth 0.08_02 and RT 4.0.0rc8, redirecting to the desired page when using external credentials works for me. Have you cleared your mason cache and restarted your web server since upgrading? Thomas
