Data-Properties contains no indication of the license it is distributed
under. This hinders the different Linux distributions in being able to
package Data-Properties (and thus, anything that relies on it).
Could this be fixed?

There's no copyright either. Public Domain?

In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=621559, Brian is cited
saying "if I were to do so today, it would be under the most recent
Apache license."
It would be great if the module could be updated to reflect this.
