Subject: Dependency Config::Any is not just a recommends
Currently we have three test reports that are FAILs due to missing Config::Any. One of them is this: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/11100032 My take on this is that if tests fail, it is a dependency, and should not just be a recommendation. Thanks && Regards,
