hey!
thank you for your work! I am evaluating Data::Localize and it seems
to fit my needs. Trying to add a Localizer myself, I stumbled upon
this bug which i fixed and tested.
please apply if you agree.
if you ask me, it CANNOT be as intended:
@_ == 1
then $_[1] does simply not exist ;)
