Subject: infinite loop if Makefile.PL from future
Discovered while trying to install Kwiki-GuestBook-0.10 through CPAN/CPANPLUS If the Makefile.PL is timestamped in the future, this thing goes into an infinite loop (every time you invoke make, the Makefile is regenerated). A solution is to touch Makefile.PL upon perl Makefile.PL
