Subject: Prerequisite of "" not strictly valid
Using an empty string as a version to indicate "I don't care what version this is" is not strictly valid. CPAN::Meta, which is used to parse versions and generate the META.yml, chokes on it. ExtUtils::MakeMaker is switching to using CPAN::Meta and while we may massage "" into a 0 for compatibility, it should probably be fixed if you make another release. Thank you.
