Bug #67071 for Perl-Dist-Strawberry: ITIMER_REAL Macro?

My apologies if I'm posting this to the wrong place. Please feel free to redirect me as needed. Below is a transcript of my install attempt of the Term::Twiddle Perl package. I get an error saying "my vendor" has not defined the ITIMER_REAL macro. I am thinking "Vendor" refers to the Perl Vendor, though not sure. My OS is WIN7 64-bit. Am I on the right in thinking this is missing from Strawberry Perl or do I need to seek help somewhere else? As you can see I ensured my version of Time::HiRes was up to date.
