Subject: inc/Module/Install.pm not bundled in tarball
If you use Module::Install in Makefile.PL, then you should always create the dist archive with "make dist", so that Module::Install is bundled with it in the inc/ directory. Thanks for alerting my attention. I have repackaged the distribution with my personal Dist::Zilla configuration and released a new version to CPAN (will be live in a few hours).
