Subject: Undeclared dependency on Encode
Testing fails on perl 5.6.2 with the diagnostics that Encode was not found. Since Encode isn't available for 5.6.2, a declaration of the dependency alone would make the distro green-yellow-only in the matrix http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Encode-First%200.01 Best,
