Bug #66949 for Template-Toolkit: Unit tests fail without Template::Stash::XS; cannot install

The attached cpan output doesn't show that I answered 'n' to the question "Do you want to build the XS Stash module?" Many tests fail with this dependency missing. I am building without XS for deployment on an "unknown-quantity" shared hosting account: i.e. I don't have shell and I don't know the architecture.
