Subject: Build time dependency Test::Deep not needed
META.yml states: build_requires: Test::Deep: 0 but the Test::Deep does not occur in tests anywhere. I propose to remove it from Makefile.PL.

I agree. When I do it, at least, all tests (including author tests) run under a Perl with Test::Deep removed. I have removed Test::Deep from the build_requires in both Makefile.PL and Build.PL Committed as SVN revision 4056.
Except that I forgot to update the Changes file (again!). Changes committed as SVN revision 4057.
This has finally been released as Perl-Critic-StricterSubs-0.04 https://metacpan.org/release/Perl-Critic-StricterSubs Thanks for your patience.
