Subject: Broken with Catalyst 5.89+ series.
This should be self-evident as Catalyst is moving to eliminate the ::Engine family somewhat in favour of "Just use Plack instead kthx", and as a result, there is no more "Catalyst::Engine::CGI" . ( http://search.cpan.org/~flora/Catalyst-Runtime-5.89002-TRIAL/ ) 

So when 5.89 finally hits 'stable' this module will probably have to be marked as "deprecated" .
