Subject: license => 'gpl_3' does not work
The license tag "gpl_3" (as specified in CPAN::Meta::Spec v2) seems to be accepted by Module::Build 0.3800 but then M::B fails to use it: "Build distmeta" silently fails to create META.yml and META.json Module::Build 0.3800 CPAN::Meta 2.110580 -- Olivier Mengué - http://search.cpan.org/~dolmen/ http://github.com/dolmen/

In Module::Build's view, the license is called «gpl3» (or alternatively «GPL_3»), but not «gpl_3». This is something that should be documented or fixed.
