Subject: Software::Packager::Aix 0.07 fails make test if run against Software::Packager <0.07
The Makefile.PL in version 0.07 of Software::Packager::Aix specifies that version 0.06 of Software::Packager is required. This is incorrect as it actually requires functionality introduced in Software::Packager version 0.07.
