Subject: perlbrew clean
After building there is $ du -sh ~/perl5/perlbrew/build* 162M ~/perl5/perlbrew/build 1.2M ~/perl5/perlbrew/build.log If it is save to clean those it would be useful to have a command $ perlbrew clean

The clean command is implemented in 0.18. It simply removes all build dirs.
