Subject: Could not stat '/mirrors/CPAN/RECENT-1Q.json'
On starting a fresh mirror with rrr, I seem to run into this now and then. RRR won't sync the recent file, because it doesn't already exist locally. Could not stat '/mirrors/CPAN/RECENT-1Q.json': No such file or directory at /home/mirrors/perl5/lib/perl5/File/Rsync/Mirror/Recentfile.pm line 2261. Just touching the file makes it continue.

Actually, I think the client figures out to continue from this by itself, too, in another round or two. (From memory, I didn't try right now).
I've checked in a tentative fix. The idea is that even if we do not know why the file is missing we can say that we are not uptodate. So we return 0 and let the rest of the program figure out what to do.

Looks good to me!
I think this was fixed in 0.1.0
