Subject: Devel::Cover does not see top-level statements in used Modules

Extract the 3 files attached to this email. Run 'make test'. Then, look at the coverage report for External.pm, and notice that the package-level statements are not shown as being run, even tho the output that they do to @trace *is* seen. The contents of External.pm are included inline inside test.pl, as package Internal; those lines *do* show up.

Message body is not shown because sender requested not to inline it.

Confirmed with Perl 5.16.0 and Devel::Cover 1.00.
