Subject: Fails since 2011-02-24
As per subject. Failing test is 05_kwalitee.t It seems that the server api.cpanauthors.org is broken since then. This reveals a weakness of the kwalitee interface too. It should die with a meaningful diagnostic message and not return undef when the server is not reachable. Thanks,
