Subject: Automatic test/build failure reporting
It would be really useful if cpanm could automatically report test or build failures, like CPAN::Reporter.

If there is such a feature, I couldn't figure it out in a reasonable amount of time.

If there isn't one, hopefully adding it would make it easier for the user to opt in for test reporting than it's now for CPAN and CPANPLUS (see http://wiki.cpantesters.org/wiki/QuickStart)

Why is it a feature to be unable to optionally report test or build failures?

If it's not clear to me, it may not be clear to others, so it's maybe worth mentioning in the POD.
