Subject: tk should not ship its own version of tie::watch
tie::watch is now released as a stand-alone cpan dist, it shouldn't therefore be shipped with tk (especially since it's not shipping the latest version)

Traditionally Tk comes without any dependencies, and I want like to keep this tradition setup by Nick Ing-Simmons (peace to his soul!). That said, both versions of Tie::Watch are nearly equal. The standalone version is slightly different just to fool the PAUSE indexer (I don't have full permissions for all packages within the Tie::Watch:: namespace). Regards, Slaven
