The CPAN::Meta::Spec allows the distribution author to exclude some
files/directories/modules from CPAN indexing.
This feature is not currently documented in EUMM and is hard to discover.
Rationale: some of the pollution we see when looking for modules on
search.cpan.org comes from POD indexed but not useful for a human or for
the user of a module (internal documentation for maintainers for
example). An improvement of EU::MM documentation of CPAN::Meta::Spec
could help authors to fix this.
